    SALE, SHIPPING & RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    With regards to each and every product made available for sale through the web site (the “Products”), you agree that all purchases will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale as made available by ILID PHONE CASE PTY. LTD A.C.N. 153 700 773 (“iLID”) on its web site as at the time of transaction being entered into by you. iLID reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time without notice to you.

    Third party terms and conditions

    Insofar that iLID uses third parties to facilitate any aspect of your purchasing, including without limitation the provision of purchasing facilities such as an online shopping cart, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, terms of use and/or similar that the said third party requires you to agree to use before using their service and/or product.

    Order Status & Confirmation

    An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 full business days - allow longer if you place your order on a Friday or weekend) of your order, please email info@ilidiphonecase.com and we will try to respond to your request right away.

    Shipping and Order Processing Days and Times

    Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Exceptions are public holidays, and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

    Shipping and Order Processing Holidays

    Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed, delivered or counted as in-transit on any day which is a public holiday or where there are company closures affecting iLID or its service providers in Australia or elsewhere in the World.

    International Orders

    Items being shipped outside Australia will be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs and similar as imposed by the country or state the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country or state of destination. iLID is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country or state. The customer is also responsible to pay any sales taxes applicable, including GST, if applicable. If you have any questions about our international shipping, please contact info@ilidiphonecase.com.iLID is required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid. Thank you for your understanding.

    Free Shipping

    From time to time, iLID will offer promotions for free shipping. Unless otherwise specified, these promotions are limited to Australia Post.

    iLID Returns

    Returns for Products Not Purchased from iLIDiphonecase.com

    If you have purchased an iLID product from anywhere other than this website (iLIDiphonewallet.com) and you are not completely satisfied, you are encouraged to return the product to the original place of purchase as this will generally be a much quicker and easier process. Should this not be feasible, please email us at info@ilidiphonecase.com. Be sure to include the date of purchase and a detailed description of the reason for requesting a return.

    Returns for Products Purchased from iLIDiphonecase.com

    iPhone cases and technology products may only be exchanged or returned with their Original Receipt and in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. If box is opened, only an exchange will be offered. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied if any components are missing. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. iLID iPhone Cas Pty Ltd is not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.

    iLID is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to iLID. We recommend that you ship your returned products to iLID via a trackable shipment method and we recommend that you obtain sufficient insurance to cover any losses or damages suffered by you as a result of or incidental to transit of the products to iLID. Customers outside of Australia are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following iLID’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), iLID will, if your claim is accepted, credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iLID does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. iLID will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by iLID more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. iLID also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

    These terms apply to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than iLID’s website.
